DeHaat built the Agri Pulse System App as a paid app. This SERVICE is provided by DeHaat at no cost and is intended for use as is.

DeHaat provides this Privacy Policy to let you know our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information through Agri Pulse System Application (the Application), and any other Application, features, Applications, widgets or online services that are owned or controlled by DeHaat and that post a link to this Privacy Policy (together with the Application, the Service), as well as any information DeHaat collects offline in connection with the Service. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information. Note that we combine the information we collect from you from the Application, through the Service generally, or offline.

DeHaat is committed to respect and protect your privacy. We value you as a customer and take your personal privacy very seriously. In the course of registration with us, we may collect certain personal information that we understand may be considered confidential. We are therefore providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices & policies for collecting, using & sharing information collected about us from you.

If you choose to use our Service, then you are trusting us and agreeing to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Using our services on our App, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in the then current Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. You should review this Policy every time you use the App to satisfy yourself that you are happy with it.

Your privacy is important to us. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy and we take your privacy seriously. we want you to understand what information we collect about you, how we collect it, how that information is used, and how you can control our disclosure of it.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Agri Pulse System App unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information collection and use

Users of the Service may be Clients, Companies or Agencies (as each is defined in the User Agreement). We only collect the information that we actually need. Some of that is information that you actively give us when you sign up for an account, register for an event, ask for customer support.

We collect three types of information from you:

information that you provide to us viz. Personal data e.g., Name, Surname, email address, mobile number and postal address for delivery;
information we collect or receive from others; and
information that is derived through automated tracking mechanisms and technology.

Dehaat moto to collect information is to provide better services and better experience to all our users, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Phone Number, Photo, Identity Proof, Email, Cookies and Usage Data, Location Data, Application Data, data available on public domain. Even if you aren't registered your App, you might choose to provide us with information — like an email address to receive updates about our services The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Location: We use location just to enhance our services in order to serve you better. The location details are highly safe with us, we don't share the details with any other organization or functional bodies.

Camera & Microphone Access: Access to a Camera & Microphone is important for your Video KYC. We don't share any details of Video KYC with any organization. It is highly safe with us.

Storage & Gallery Access: While your onboarding we will ask for gallery access in order to upload your document. All your shared documents are highly safe with us and it is not being shared with anyone.

Phonebook & Contact List: We request your contact access so that you can use it for some features on our app. We store that in our system in order to help you out with your customer lists.

App Activity: We track your Agri Pulse System App and Other App & Phone activities like mobile data and background app refresh. This helps us to make our app better for you as per your interest. We don't store or share this data outside of the organization.

Opt-Ins: We take WhatsApp & Push Notification consent from you for regular communication and security updates. These content are neither shared nor integrated with any organization.

Device Info: We require your device info. just to improve our app as per your device.

SDKs: We use SDKs for internal marketing and other purposes in order to enhance connectivity between us. No data is shared out of the organization.

What we do with your information

We use your information to provide the services you've requested, create and maintain your accounts, and keep an eye out for unauthorized activity on your accounts. We also use it to communicate with you about the products you're currently using, your customer support requests, new products you may like, chances for you to give us feedback, and policy updates. We analyze the information we collect to understand user needs and to improve our Application and services.

You can decline certain kinds of information use either by not providing the information in the first place or by opting out later. You can also disable cookies to prevent your browser from giving us information, but if you do so, certain Application features may not work properly. We completely disable non-essential and intrusive third-party cookies from all DeHaat Applications and products.

We limit access to your personal information to our employees and contractors who have a legitimate need to use it. If we share your information with other parties (like developers, service providers, domain registrars, and reselling partners), they must have appropriate security measures and a valid reason for using your information, typically to serve you.

We keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete, anonymize, or isolate your information, whichever is appropriate.

You do not have a statutory obligation to provide us with any information, but you may have a contractual obligation to do so, and if we do not receive certain information from you, then we will not be able to provide our Service to you.

DeHaat uses Google API’s for its operations. By agreeing to our Privacy policy, u also agree to Google Privacy Policy that is available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy

User may at anytime revoke API Client’s access to their data through Google Security Setting Page.

User Account

User may create a profile, with certain or all information publicly available. The User is bound to disclose correct credentials and provide correct information and details to the Company. In Case any false information or data is provided by the User, the Company shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate actions against the User. You may have the opportunity to create a user account, which consists of information about you, and may include your Name, Contact details, Personal Information, photographs etc. If, in any case, you believe that an unauthorized account has been created about you, you can request for it to be removed by contacting us.

Log data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Your Responsibilities

When you register your email address and mobile number with us, you agree to receive email and mobile communications. You also agree and acknowledge that when you use our referral program for referring someone, DeHaat will send emails to that person on your behalf and the email headers will carry your email address as the address from which such emails are sent.

The data that is transmitted over the Internet is intrinsically exposed to security risks or threats. For instance, information transmitted via chat or email can be compromised and used by others. Therefore, DeHaat cannot guarantee any security for such information.

When you signup, your account is protected by means of login information, which includes a username and a password that is known only to you. Therefore, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information including your username and password. We are not responsible for any activity, which is undertaken when your password is used. We suggest you not to disclose your password to anyone. If you become aware of or reasonably suspect any breach of security, including compromise of your login information, it is your responsibility to immediately notify DeHaat

We may contain links to other Applications and such Applications are governed by their own privacy policies and DeHaat does not exercise any control over them. It is your responsibility to read and understand the privacy policy of such Applications when you follow a link outside ……………………………..

Consent

By using our Application, it is understood that you have given your consent to the collection and use of this information by DeHaat and its partners and affiliates.

The USER hereby gives Consent to the Company to have all access to the Data, Statistics, Contents, Correspondences and materials shared by USER to any other person, in case, the Company apprehends or notice any breach or violation of any terms and condition or privacy policy or any activity in violation of any corresponding law.

We use third party payment gateway and e-wallets to process deposit and withdrawals and related transactions. By accepting this Privacy Policy, You clearly agree to use your Personal Information where necessary for the processing of transactions being shared with ESPs. We take steps to ensure that our arrangements with PSP's safeguard your privacy.

By filling your details with us, you give us consent to use communicate with you via email and mobile at anytime for information, update on promotions, news & events conducting on at DeHaat and partners, group companies or affiliates.

We, at any point of time can review or authenticate your identity for security measures and conduct a validation check by using your personal information.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the App that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Children's privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. Parents should be aware that there are parental control tools available online that can be used to prevent children from submitting information online without parental permission or from accessing material that is harmful to minors.

By consenting to the Terms and Conditions of the App and the Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure. Although we have implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures according to our written information security policy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you provide to us and you transmit such information to us at your own risk.
